These Service-Specific Terms apply to Zellio's Invoice Generation Tools, including the Invoice Generator, Quote Generator, Estimate Generator, Receipt Generator, and any substantially similar document-generation tools that Zellio may introduce from time to time.
These Terms supplement the General Terms. In the event of any conflict, these Service-Specific Terms govern only with respect to the Invoice Generation Tools.
The Invoice Generation Tools enable users to create, customize, store, export, print, download, share, and otherwise manage business documents.
The Invoice Generation Tools are provided solely as a document creation and management platform. Zellio does not prepare, review, verify, approve, or certify the accuracy, completeness, legality, or enforceability of any document created through the Services.
You are solely responsible for all Business Data used in connection with the Invoice Generation Tools, including:
You are responsible for ensuring that your Business Data is accurate, complete, current, and complies with all applicable laws and contractual obligations.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving every invoice, quotation, estimate, receipt, or other document before it is issued, shared, exported, printed, or relied upon.
Zellio does not guarantee that any generated document is accurate, complete, legally sufficient, compliant with applicable laws, or suitable for your particular business, accounting, tax, financial, or legal requirements.
The use of templates, automation, calculations, or other features does not replace your responsibility to verify all information before use.
The Invoice Generation Tools are provided for administrative and business convenience only.
Nothing within the Services constitutes legal, tax, accounting, auditing, financial, or other professional advice.
You are solely responsible for determining and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, tax requirements, invoicing rules, recordkeeping obligations, accounting standards, and industry requirements applicable to your business and the documents you generate.
The Invoice Generation Tools may allow you to download, print, email, share, or otherwise distribute generated documents.
You are solely responsible for determining the recipients of your documents, verifying recipient information, and ensuring that any documents you send comply with applicable laws, contractual obligations, and your own business requirements.
Zellio is not responsible for delivery failures, recipient actions, or the use of documents after they leave the Services.
Where document storage is provided, Zellio will make reasonable efforts to maintain access to your documents during your subscription period.
You are responsible for maintaining copies and backups of your important business records. Zellio does not guarantee permanent storage, archival services, or the continued availability of documents following account closure, subscription expiration, or deletion of your account.
You may not use the Invoice Generation Tools to create, store, transmit, or distribute documents that:
Zellio reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Invoice Generation Tools if they are used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
From time to time, we may introduce new features or functionality related to the Invoice Generation Tools, including document collaboration, approvals, electronic signatures, payment processing, integrations, automation, or other business workflow capabilities.
Unless Zellio publishes separate Service-Specific Terms, these features will be governed by the General Terms and these Service-Specific Terms.
